The UMM-401-700 Panel-Binding Machine utilizes a high-lift walking-foot sewing head and single-needle chainstitch to bind panels together. By applying the “half-capping” process in your mattress production, manufacturers can significantly reduce labor requirements and eliminate common bottlenecks at the tape-edge operation, as only one side of the mattress requires final closure.
