The UMM-PB-300 Panel-Binding Machine features a genuine Singer 300U sewing head with a single-needle chainstitch, delivering strong, consistent binding for medium- to heavy-weight panels. By integrating the half-capping process into mattress production, manufacturers can reduce labor requirements and ease tape-edge bottlenecks, as only one side of the mattress requires final closure.
Optional configurations include a folder for 90-degree right-angle flange application, along with multiple tape binding options or an inverted seam setup. Sample material is recommended for evaluation prior to purchase to ensure optimal performance.
