Automatic Double Border Serger (Left & Right Hand heads)

The UMM-DBS-2000 Double Border Serger is a high-speed, dual-head system designed to serge both sides of mattress borders or pillowtop gussets simultaneously. Its automated roll-to-roll operation ensures consistent throughput and high-quality results, while left- and right-hand sewing heads enable continuous, efficient production. Raw border material feeds from a roll, gets serged, and can either be rewound using the integrated wind-up unit or directed to an optional border measure-and-cut system. The innovative wind-up system maintains precise pull tension, producing a cleaner, more finished product for high-volume mattress manufacturing environments.
