Ruffler Machine with added Flange application

The UMM-JPT-1404 is a versatile, all-purpose ruffler machine with an additional sewing head for adding flange material prior to the Ruffler application. This dual sewing head workstation is designed to handle a wide range of gusset sizes and efficiently sews pillowtop and Eurotop gussets to inner panels while closing the unit, as well as continental boxspring borders to non-skid decking with complete closure. This machine is capable of producing over 250 units per 8-hour shift, depending on configuration and operating conditions. Powered by two direct-drive servo motors one for the sewing head and one for the pulling and feeding mechanisms the JPT-1404 delivers precise control and consistent performance. The machine features programmable pleat control, an automatic lubrication system, and a PLC touchscreen interface built on Delta controls. It accepts both quilted and non-quilted gussets and operates at speeds up to 5,000 RPM at 5 PSI, making it a reliable, high-performance solution for demanding production environments.
