Model UMM-FM-6000
The UMM-FM-6000 Flange Machine is a high-performance panel-sewing overlock machine designed to accommodate panel thicknesses ranging from 3/8” to 6” or greater. Engineered as a true all-in-one flange solution, the UMM-FM-6000 uses a walking foot mechanism and is capable of sewing a wide range of material thicknesses with ease.
The machine features a simple, user-friendly pressure adjustment system, allowing operators to quickly and accurately adapt to varying panel sizes without complex setup. Unlike traditional systems that rely on external motors such as Efka or Mitsubishi, the UMM-FM-6000 workstation is powered by a Direct Drive motor mounted directly to the sewing head handwheel, delivering efficient operation, reduced maintenance, and precise control. The UMM-FM-6000 is capable of producing over 750 panels per 8-hour shift, depending on operator speed and material handling.
